This course is designed to assist the students to acquire to understand the elements and Practices of Administration including Organisation, Planning and Staffing are explored related to Nursing. The relationship between disciplines   and administration. It will further enable the students to utilize, understand, and appreciate the knowledge and skills of Organization, Planning and Staffing to improve the quality of Nursing Practice.

Health Assessment is a systematic, deliberative and interactive process by which nurses collect, validate, analyse and manipulate the collected information in order to make decisions about the health status both for individuals and groups.

Quality Management system helps nurses to attain excellence in delivering quality care and to be more flexible with innovative ways to change old-fashioned systems. All services provided by nurses are being regulated by members of this profession.

Nurses use research to provide evidence-based care that promotes quality health outcomes for individuals, families, communities and health care systems. Nursing Informatics is the branch of nursing that integrates nursing science, computer science and information science to manage and communicate data in nursing. The course mainly predicts future developments for Nursing Informatics in practice, education, administration and research areas. It also reviews historical and theoretical foundations of advanced nursing roles. Nursing informatics has assumed a role in healthcare that ensures if the data collected by nurses along with clinical knowledge is structured in a way that it is acceptable and accessible to other areas of healthcare.
